a long term unfurnished rental, a furnished vacation rental, or your second home requiring personal
attention with our care taking services, we are committed to meeting your goals.
LONG TERM RENTALS require a wide range of services to stay well maintained and occupancy by
tenants with the best possible qualifications. Services include:
- Local classified and display company advertising
- Dedicated property description and photo pages on company web site
- Showing properties to prospective tenants
- Extensive qualification process for prospective tenants
- Property inspections and reports before and after every tenant occupant
- Collection and disbursement of rents, with itemized monthly income statement
- Qualified vendors and contractors for all aspects of maintenance and improvements
VACATION HOMES are in demand for guests enjoying our special events throughout the year on the Monterey Peninsula, as well as just enjoying our weather and quality lifestyle living for a month, a season or a year. Furnished rentals require a
great deal of attention and we go the extra distance to make sure guests are happily satisfied with their
rental experience. Services are extensive, hands on, and also include:
- Working closely with potential guests to find them a home that fits their needs
- Security inspections of property during times of vacancy
- Passing expenses through to tenants or paying on behalf of the owner
- Requiring substantial deposits from guests to secure a rental contract
- Administration and supervision of maintenance & owner requested improvements
CARETAKING of your second home includes all the appropriate services mentioned above, along
with a customized approach given your visiting schedule and your property's needs. Having a home
always clean, secure, well maintained, and ready for your stay is our priority, along with overseeing
any required activities when you are away.
- Regularly scheduled walk through and safety inspection of entire property, inside and out
- First responder to alarm company when triggered
- Appliance, electronic, plumbing, and house system checks
- Scheduling, management and inspection of all phases of maintenance and housekeeping preformed by all contractors and vendors
- Arrange and oversee necessary regular and emergency maintenance
- Attend to mail and other utility receptacles at property
- All special requests considered
- Reasonable monthly rates for basic services, and extra or white glove service billed hourly
- Licensed and insured, extensive knowledge of and involvement in our local community
