When a home is available or soon to be available, it can be viewed on the Long Term Rental List.

Properties currently available or soon to be become available appear on PineCone's Long Term Rentals List. If, after reviewing the available properties on line, you wish to visit the property to see its interior, please call PineCone at 831.626.2800 to set up an appointment. When the property is listed as occupied, we ask that you NOT go on the property unless you have an appointment and are accompanied by an agent. Occupied properties may require a 24 hours notice to show.

If you are looking for a potential rental property several months away, please note that our inventory is constantly changing so what we have now will not be available six months or even three months from now. When an occupied property is re-rented to the occupying tenant, it does not appear on the web site. We usually only know thirty (30) to forty five (45) days ahead when an occupied property is going to be available to re-rent to a new party. The upcoming property will go on line at that time.

Application Procedure: The first step in the rental process would be to READ the QUALIFICATION CRITERIA LETTER and RENTAL APPLICATION. Complete in full both documents, sign both documents and mail in or drop off at PineCone's office along with the appropriate application fees. Any occupant-to-be over 17 years of age must complete the application process and pay application fee. Once we have all documents for all applicants and all fees, a credit check will be ordered and all submitted information verified. Incomplete or inaccurate information can be cause for denial or turndown.
