A classic, cozy cottage in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea, just walk across the street to shopping, dining, spa and fitness center, wine and cheese tasting, or walk a bit further and enjoy the sand and surf on Carmel Beach.  This home is situated on a deep lot with a back yard that offers a nice, quiet space to enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas barbeque, and take advantage of the converted finished garage space for quiet practices, painting, or simple safe storage of your bikes, golf clubs, kayaks or whatever gear you bring to enjoy what our area offers.

The cottage offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a shared bathroom with a shower over bathtub.  The living room has a large gas log fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, the kitchen is small but nicely equipped with all the basics, the dining nook seats four.  The driveway can accommodate several cars parked in tandem, and the yard is fenced for keeping your four legged friend safely outside.
