This cottage is located in the southeast corner of Carmel-by-the-Sea, and is within easy walking distance to downtown, the beaches, Carmel Mission and the Mission Trail Park.  The Carmel Crossroads Shopping Center and Highway 1 are very close by for convenient shopping, and all points on the peninsula are easy access by car.  This home has a lovely landscaped front yard, and a private and fenced back yard with patio. 

Simply, yet very comfortably appointed and with soaring ceilings and skylights, this home creates a spaciousness with a small footprint.  The front deck over the carport has a place for outdoor dining and kettle barbeque, the living room features a wood burning fireplace and large TV with DVD and audio system.  The open kitchen and dining room has plenty of room for the gourmet cook who likes to entertain, and a sliding door opens up to the front deck.  Both bedrooms are a suite, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed and both with sliding glass doors to the back patio garden.  Both bathrooms have been nicely remodeled, one with a walk in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub.
