Built in the early 1920's, this two story home accommodates up to ten people, with Carmel Beach a half block away, and a garden backyard perfect for outdoor barbeques.  Truly a great location well suited for a small reunion, informal celebration, or casual accommodations for a large family. 

Rustic and charming, the first floor offers a living-dining room combined with a wood burning fireplace, small den with sleeper sofa, full bathroom with a shower over the tub, and a kitchen with the basics.  Access the backyard through the kitchen and enjoy the lush garden and lawn area, built in fire pit, and picnic table and benches.   A covered back patio is where the laundry closet in located with a stack washer-dryer.  The second floor has four bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower stall.
