Vacation Home Rentals

Your "Home away from Home" on the Monterey Peninsula is what we specialize in
with sizes, styles, and prices to match your needs. Choose from cozy cottages,
rustic cabins, elegant ranch homes, and spacious estate retreats, all maintained at
their best, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Most rentals in our inventory are
available on a thirty day basis or longer
.
To view rentals, choose a preferred location from the left side bar, and browse
through the rental list that identifies each property with a PC (PineCone) code.
Each individual property page will offer specific information and Photo Gallery to
help you in your search.  Submit the completed Vacation Rental Request Form to
us, being sure to include the PC codes for specific rentals of interest, and any
special requests or questions you may have. We will respond with information
such as price and availability.

Our furnished homes come fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a well
appointed kitchen, bed and bath linens, and basic paper supplies and cleaning
products to begin your stay. All rentals are strictly non-smoking, and a select few
are pet/dog friendly with management approval. All rentals will be in excellent
order and detail cleaned prior to your arrival. Rent may include some or all of the
utilities, depending on the particular rental and your length of stay.  A move out
detail cleaning after your departure to return the property to the same condition as at move-in will be deducted from your security deposit. A rental reservation is confirmed upon
receipt of the signed Vacation Home Rental Contract and security deposit paid in
full, and rent is due thirty days prior to your arrival.
